* At 653 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Two to three inches of rain have already fallen with 
  locally higher amounts. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Canton, Cumming, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Milton, Holly Springs,
  Ball Ground, Nelson, Free Home, Buffington, Dougherty, Hickory
  Flat, Drew, Coal Mountain, Hightower, Juno, Matt, Lathemtown, McKee
  and Union Hill.
