* Until 1115 PM CDT
    
* At 1035 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Cienegas Terrace, or near Del Rio, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

SOUTHEASTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY...
    
At 1059 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Val Verde Park, 
or 4 miles north of Laughlin Air Force Base, moving northeast at 20 
mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado 4 miles north of 
         Laughlin Air Force Base. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Val Verde County.
