Zavala County in south central Texas... * Until 545 PM CDT * At 245 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated widespread showers producing moderate to heavy rainfall across portions of Zavala and Uvalde Counties, with radar precipitation estimates up to 2 inches of rain in the past hour. The warned area has already received vast amounts of rain in the past few days, with addtional rainfall so far today on the order of 3 to 6 inches. Any additional rainfall will almost entirely become runoff. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
