The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a Flood Watch for 
the following river in California...

  Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County 

An approaching storm system will bring moderate to heavy rainfall 
to the area tonight through Tuesday. Widespread rainfall totals 
of 2 to 4 inches are possible with locally higher amounts in 
terrain favored areas. This will cause a steep rise on the river 
from Monday into early Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* FORECAST...Flood Stage may be reached by late tomorrow evening.
  This river is forecast to rise above flood stage of 23.0 feet late 
  Monday evening, then crest near 25.0 feet early Tuesday morning. 
  The river is then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 feet 
  late Tuesday morning, then recede to near 14.0 feet late by
  Wednesday morning.
