Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County Abundant rainfall associated with an atmospheric river will cause water levels to rise above flood stage on the Navarro River near Navarro. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... SAFETY MESSAGE... Do not drive your car across flooded roadways. It only takes about two feet of water to float most vehicles.
