  mph. Strongest winds occuring early Monday morning. 

* GREATEST THREAT...Across upper slopes and ridges at elevations 
  above 1000 ft during the early morning hours on Monday.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 20 Percent...Locally down to single digits. 

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
