issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this
morning to 6 PM CST this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no
longer in effect. 

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 020, 021, 025, 028, 029, 030,
  037, 038, 043, 044, 045, 053, 054, 057, 060, 102, 103, 104, and
  105. 

* WIND...Sustained southwesterly winds of 15 to 25 mph are 
  expected, with occasional gusts as high as 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity is expected to drop as low as 15 
  to 20 percent this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not advised.
