The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has
issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this
morning to 6 PM CST this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no
longer in effect. 

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 025, 057, 060, 103, 104, 
  and 105.Fire weather zones 028, 029, 030, 031, 037, 038, 039, 
  040, 043, 044, 045, 046, 053, and 054. 

* WIND...Southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph sustained with gusts up 
  to 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 20 to 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged.
