  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Maryville, Grant City, Hopkins, Irena, Sheridan, Parnell,
  Pickering, Worth, Allendale, Denver and Hatfield.

* At 1152 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. 6 to 10 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring.

Additional rainfall amounts of an inch are possible in the warned 
area.

Flood waters are moving down 102 River from Hopkins to Maryville. 
Flooding has also be reported along roadways in the town of Parnell 
and to the north of Maryville.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
