  Western Lapeer County in southeastern Michigan...
  Genesee County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 830 AM EDT

* At 535 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. 1 to 3 inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding has been reported along Interstate 
  475 in Mt Morris Township.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Flint, Lapeer, Flushing, Grand Blanc, Davison, Clio, Columbiaville,
  Burton, Swartz Creek, Hadley, Mount Morris, Goodrich, Montrose,
  Otisville, Metamora, Lennon, Otter Lake, Beecher, Genesee and
  Atlas.

Additional rainfall amounts up to an inch are possible in the warned 
area.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 AM EDT FOR
WESTERN LAPEER AND GENESEE COUNTIES...

At 638 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated at least three inches of rain 
have already fallen in parts of the area. Flash flooding is ongoing 
in the City of Flint, Genesee Township, Richfield Township, and 
Davison Township. Numerous roads are reported to be underwater 
including Interstate 475 in Mount Morris Township.

Additional locations that will experience flooding include... Flint, 
Lapeer, Flushing, Grand Blanc, Davison, Clio, Columbiaville, Burton, 
Swartz Creek, Hadley, Mount Morris, Goodrich, Montrose, Otisville, 
Metamora, Lennon, Otter Lake, Beecher, Genesee and Atlas.

Significant rainfall has come to an end. Waters will begin to recede 
through the morning.
