* At 648 PM CDT, a tornado producing storm was located near Jump
River, or 17 miles east of Ladysmith, moving east at 40 mph. This
storm has a history of producing tornadoes and damage across Rusk
County over the past hour.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado and tennis ball size hail.
SOURCE...Confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Ogema, Prentice, Spirit, Catawba, and Kennan. All other rural
areas in southern Price County along and south of highway 8.
