  was located 5 miles northwest of Modoc, or 12 miles northwest of 
  Scott City, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter.  

  SOURCE... Spotter indicated a stongly rotating wall cloud with 
           this storm. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
