EAST CENTRAL TREGO AND NORTHWESTERN ELLIS COUNTIES...

At 829 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported Flash Flooding. Many 
Small Streams are flowing over roadways, 6 miles north of Hays. 
Automobiles are stalled in flooded streets in Hays. Up to three 
inches of rain have already fallen. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
