* Flash Flood Warning for...
Trego County in west central Kansas...
* Until 800 PM CDT
* At 459 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated several strong to severe
thunderstorms in Trego county, producing locally excessive
rainfall. Radar estimates up to 3 inches of rain has fallen over
west central Trego county, northwest of Trego Center, as of 5 pm.
With very slow and erractic storm movement, locally flooding
rainfall is expected. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches
are likely.

Wakeeney, Ogallah, Collyer, Voda, Trego Center and Riga.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR
TREGO COUNTY...
At 604 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered thunderstorms
slowly diminishing across western and northeast Trego county. Areas
of moderate to heavy rainfall will continue over the next hour.
Radar indicates 4 to 5 inches of rain have fallen in northeast Trego
county, north of Ogallah. Additionlly, 2 to 4 inches of rain have
fallen west of Trego Center.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wakeeney, Ogallah, Collyer, Voda, Trego Center and Riga.
Dangerous runoff will continue in creeks, streams, and ditches. Some
roadways in northeast and western portions of Trego county may be
impassable. Do not drive through water of unknown depth. Turn
around, don't drown!
