  Southwestern Scotts Bluff County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
  Northwestern Banner County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
  Southeastern Goshen County in southeastern Wyoming...
  Northeastern Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 545 PM MDT
    
* At 514 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles southeast of La Grange, or 31 miles northwest
  of Kimball, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Scotts Bluff...northwestern Banner...southeastern
  Goshen and northeastern Laramie Counties.
