* At 754 PM EDT, a tornado was located near Youngsville, moving east 
  at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...The 911 center reported seeing the tornado touch 
           down. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
