* Until 345 AM CDT
* At 1050 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area due to dangerous Hurricane Harvey. Up to three to five
inches of rain have already fallen and additional rainfall, in
combination with storm surge, will inundate much of the warned
area. Flash flooding is likely already occurring.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Portland, Rockport, Port Aransas, Taft, Refugio, Woodsboro, Lamar,
Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Gregory, Ingleside On The Bay, Bayside,
Quintana, Palm Harbor, Key Allegro, Copano Village, Bonnie View,
Holiday Beach, Fulton and Taft Southwest.
Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches per hour are possible
