...HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

.Low pressure will track through the Ohio Valley on Monday with
widespread snow developing from west to east across the area into
Monday night. Northeast winds across Lake Erie will enhance
snowfall totals downwind of the Lake where the highest
accumulations are expected. Low pressure will weaken and move to the
East Coast on Tuesday as it merges with a stronger low moving 
northward up the Atlantic Coast. Temperatures will fall across 
the Great Lakes behind this system with lake-effect snow 
continuing Tuesday night and Wednesday. Northerly winds will 
increase on Tuesday with gusts as high as 35 mph near Lake Erie, 
contributing to blowing and drifting of the newly fallen snow.

.Snow showers continue early this morning with most of the
activity east of Cleveland across northeast Ohio and into
northwestern Pennsylvania. This activity will begin to diminish
later this morning. Accumulations till then will be localized with
many locations seeing little if any new snow. Gusty northwest
winds will continue to cause a lot of blowing and drifting so
rapidly changing road conditions should be expected.

Winter Storm Warning. 

The snow has become lighter across eastern Cuyahoga County,
northern Summit County, and along the east lakeshore from
Cleveland across Lake County, the Ashtabula County lakeshore and 
the Erie County Pennsylvania lakeshore north of Interstate 90. 
The threat of heavy snow is over. Additional snow accumulations 
should be an inch or two at most. Some blowing snow will continue.
Untreated roads will remain snow covered and slippery.
