Thunderstorms will move into the area late tonight into Thursday 
and will be capable of producing extremely high rainfall rates.

flooding is possible in any areas where excessive rainfall occurs.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Ohio and northwest
Pennsylvania has been cancelled. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms remain possible this morning, mainly along and south
of a line from Mount Vernon to Canton to Warren. However,
additional rainfall is not expected to be sufficient enough to
produce flash flooding. Much drier is already starting to work
into the region and will bring an end to shower activity by
midday.
