The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Richland County in north central Ohio...
* Until 430 AM EDT Wednesday
* At 1025 PM EDT, radar showed that no rain was falling across
Richland county, however flooding was still occurring from the
heavy rain from thunderstorms earlier in the evening. Doppler
radar estimated between 3 and 5 inches of rain fell with the
storms and 3.33 inches was reported at the mansfield airport.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mansfield, Shelby, Ontario, Plymouth, Lucas, Shenandoah and
Olivesburg.
