* Until 1115 PM EST
* At 621 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
already fallen. Additional storms with torrential rainfall are
expected to move into the warned area over the next hour. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Erie, North East, Girard, Northwest Harborcreek, Harborcreek,

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM EST FOR
CENTRAL ERIE COUNTY...
At 752 PM EST, emergency management reported flash flooding in Mill
Creek. Over two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding
is already occurring. Emergency Management reports roads with up to
five feet of water with water rescues ongoing. Less than an inch of
rainfall is expected the rest of the night, however earlier runoff
will continue the flood risk.

Lawrence Park, Wesleyville, Lake City, Platea, McKean and Avonia.
