The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Tornado Warning for portions of...
  Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina...

* Until 900 PM EDT
    
* At 812 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located 3 miles north of Walterboro, moving northeast 
  at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Sidney, northern Walterboro and Canadys. 

This warning includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 59
and 68.
