  Southwestern Piscataquis County in north central Maine...

* Until 245 PM EDT

* At 203 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of
  Kingsbury Plantation, or 18 miles west of Guilford, moving
  northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and power lines.

  Dover-Foxcroft, Greenville, Guilford, Monson, Blanchard,

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty winds
are still possible with this thunderstorm.
