The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Winter Storm
Warning for Heavy snow...which is in effect from 1 PM Sunday to 1
PM EST Monday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

* LOCATIONS...Wayne...and Northern Cayuga counties.

* TIMING...The Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from late 
  tonight through early Sunday afternoon. The Winter Storm 
  Warning is in effect from early Sunday afternoon through early 
  Monday afternoon.

* HAZARDS...Freezing rain...heavy snow...sleet...and blowing snow.

* ACCUMULATIONS...Snow accumulating 2 to 4 inches Sunday...4 to 7
  inches Sunday night...and 1 to 3 inches Monday...leading to
  storm totals of 7 to 13 inches. Ice accumulating up to one tenth
  of an inch Sunday.

* WINDS...Increasing to northwest 20 to 30 mph Sunday night with
  gusts up to 45 mph.

* VISIBILITIES...As low as a half mile at times.

* IMPACTS...Freezing rain late tonight and Sunday could result in
  difficult driving conditions. Heavy snow and blowing snow Sunday
  night and Monday will produce poor driving conditions with poor
  visibility and potentially deep snow covered roads.
