The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 4 AM EST Tuesday. * LOCATIONS...Along the Lake Erie shoreline in Chautauqua and Southern Erie counties. * TIMING...Through late tonight. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds may result in a few downed tree limbs and isolated power outages. Travel will be difficult at times in high profile vehicles, especially along the New York State Thruway from Hamburg to Ripley. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
