  Central Allegany County in western New York...

* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 134 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Houghton, or 19 miles southwest of Letchworth
  State Park, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Wellsville, Alfred, Belfast, Houghton, Caneadea, Scio, Belmont and
  Angelica.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 30 and 32.
