...HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHEAST JEFFERSON AND NORTHERN LEWIS 
COUNTIES...

An area of steady rain with embedded thunderstorms is located across 
far northern Lewis and northeastern Jefferson counties. 
Thunderstorms may contain pea-sized hail and heavy rainfall. Radar 
indicates over an inch has fallen in some areas north and east of 
Fort Drum and Carthage. Rain will continue through 800 PM...and then 
taper off this evening.

Heavy rainfall is occurring, and may cause localized flooding. Do 
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
