At 527 PM EDT, an area of strong thunderstorms were clustered 5 miles south of Olean, moving northeast at 20 mph. These storms are producing torrential rainfall, with localized street flooding possible. Pea size hail is also possible with these storms. Locations impacted include... Olean, Allegany, St. Bonaventure, Weston Mills, Hinsdale, Scio, Bolivar, Portville, Alma and Richburg. This includes Interstate 86 between exits 24 and 27. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
