...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL WAYNE AND CAYUGA
COUNTIES...

At 307 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Cato, or 12
miles south of Fair Haven Beach State Park, moving east at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Weedsport, Cato, Ira, Conquest, Red Creek and Meridian. 

This includes Interstate 90 near exit 40.
