  moving east at 55 mph.

At 616 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles northwest of Lowville to Redfield to near New
York State Fairgrounds, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
