* At 1218 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 miles east of Belfast to near Weston Mills, moving
  east at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

  Dansville, Wellsville, Alfred, Whitesville, Friendship, Scio,
  Bolivar and Andover.

extending from near Arkport to near Genesee, moving east at 65 mph.
