* At 414 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Batavia, Le Roy, Attica, Pavilion, Stafford, Covington, Alexander

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND SOUTHEASTERN GENESEE COUNTIES...

At 558 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding with 
water over several roadways in Alexander and East Bethany in 
southern Genesee County. Rainfall has ended in the warned area but 
flood waters will continue to impact area roads early this evening.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Batavia, Le Roy, Attica, Pavilion, Stafford, Covington, Alexander and
East Bethany.
