two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Potsdam, Massena, Canton, Adirondack Regional Airport, Ogdensburg,
Norfolk, Lisbon, Louisville, Moira, De Kalb, Bangor, Parishville,
Fort Covington, Colton, Bombay, Bryants Mill, Massena International
Airport - Richards Field, Helena, Burke and Madrid.
Additional rainfall amounts of one to one and a half inches are
possible in the warned area.

thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Up to two
inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.

WILL EXPIRE AT 115 AM EDT...
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to slowly
taper off across the area. While some additional light rainfall
amounts are expected, the threat of excessive, heavy rainfall has
end. Thus the threat of flash flooding has ended. However, creeks
and area streams will continue to run high overnight. Please
continue to heed any remaining road closures.
