...COLD FRONT BRINGING STRONG NORTH WINDS TO DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...

.A STRONG LATE-SEASON COLD FRONT IS CURRENTLY MOVING THROUGH JIM
HOGG AND STARR COUNTIES. WIND GUSTS OF 40-50 MPH HAVE BEEN
RECORDED AS THE FRONT MOVED THROUGH ZAPATA AND HEBBRONVILLE. THE
FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO PROGRESS SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH THE
NIGHT...REACHING THE MCALLEN AND BROWNSVILLE AREAS DURING THE
HOURS BY 3 TO 4 AM. THE STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD LAST FOR TWO TO 
THREE HOURS BEHIND THE FRONT.
