* Until 530 PM EDT

* At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms 
  moving into the warned area. Radar estimates that these storms are 
  capable of producing rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. 
  This will be sufficient to produce significant urban and poor 
  drainage flooding. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Providence, Fall River, Cranston, Pawtucket, Taunton, East
  Providence, North Providence, Johnston, Bristol, Attleboro,
  Lincoln, Central Falls, Norton, Somerset, Barrington, Swansea,
  Tiverton, Westport, Seekonk and Rehoboth.
