* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Barnstable County in southeastern Massachusetts...

* Until 230 AM EDT

* At 1235 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Barnstable, Falmouth, Brewster, Yarmouth, Sandwich, Dennis,
  Mashpee, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and
  Hyannis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding will occur quickly, and
could be life threatening for those who try to drive through flooded
roads or underpasses. Find alternate routes. Those near small streams
need to get to higher ground immediately.
