* At 1038 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen in places. With additional heavy rainfall heading 
  toward this region. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Greenfield, Monroe, Northfield, Bernardston, Buckland, Conway,
  Shelburne, Ashfield, Colrain, Gill, Charlemont, Cummington,
  Warwick, Leyden, Heath, Plainfield, Rowe, Hawley and Hoosac Tunnel.
