* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South central Hampden County in western Massachusetts...

* Until 1230 AM EDT

* At 1032 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
  two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Enfield, Westfield, Agawam, West Springfield,
  Longmeadow, East Longmeadow and Southwick.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Agawam. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
Flash flooding is occurring.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Light showers will continue move across the warned area but the 
heaviest rainfall has already fallen.
