Hopkinton, Charlestown, Richmond, Exeter and North Stonington.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT FOR
WASHINGTON COUNTY...
At 306 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across southern Rhode Island. Radar estimated nearly 2 inches
of rain has fallen in parts of the area. Skywarn amateur radio
operators reported 1.82 inches of rain in Hope Valley, most of that
within one hour.
The heaviest rain will taper off by 430 pm, but rapid flooding of
streets, underpasses, and urban areas is expected.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
South Kingstown, North Kingstown, Westerly, Narragansett, Hopkinton,
Charlestown, Richmond, Exeter and North Stonington.
