The National Weather Service in Denver Colorado has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
West central Washington County in northeastern Colorado...
* Until 445 PM MDT
* At 419 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 4 miles southeast of Woodrow, or 24 miles southwest of
Akron, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
west central Washington County.
