The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  West central McHenry County in north central North Dakota...

* Until 600 PM CDT

* At 533 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Granville, or
  21 miles east of Minot, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Public confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  west central McHenry County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
