  was located over Mountain Top, or near Wilkes-Barre, moving
  northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
