  Northern Clark County in central Wisconsin...
  Taylor County in north central Wisconsin...

* Until 1130 AM CDT

* At 1019 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles west of Weyerhaeuser to 9 miles northwest of
  Cornell to near Elk Mound, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts. 

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. This line of storms has a 
           history of producing large hail and damaging winds.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

extending from near Bruce to near Sheldon to near Lake Wissota,
moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. 

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. This line of storms has a history 
         of producing damaging winds and large hail across western 
         Wisconsin.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable

Medford to 6 miles southeast of Thorp, moving east at 55 mph.

extending from 7 miles southeast of Catawba to Rib Lake to near
Medford to near Owen, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. 

SOURCE...Law enforcement. Tree damage has been reported near Thorp 
         in northern Clark County.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHERN CLARK AND EASTERN
TAYLOR COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...
            
The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore the warning has been allowed to expire.  However small hail
and gusty winds are still possible with these thunderstorms.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until noon CDT for
central and north central Wisconsin.
