  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

CLAYTON AND GRANT COUNTIES...

At 752 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across 
southern Grant County.  Numerous roads were under water. 2 to 4 
inches of rain have fallen with another inch possible through 9 PM. 
Flash flooding is occurring! 

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Platteville, Lancaster, Guttenberg, Elkader, Cuba City, Hazel Green,
Dickeyville, Cassville, Garnavillo, Bloomington, Farmersburg,
Georgetown, Beetown, Arthur, Potosi, Livingston, Ellenboro, Glen
Haven, Bagley and Tennyson.

CLAYTON AND GRANT COUNTIES...

At 921 PM CDT, emergency management reported some flash flooding and 
road closures still ongoing across portions of eastern Clayton and 
southern Grant Counties. In particular, parts of Grape Road just 
east of Elkader have been washed out, and several secondary roads 
between Glen Haven and Potosi remain flooded.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Platteville, Lancaster, Guttenberg, Elkader, Cuba City, Hazel Green,
Dickeyville, Cassville, Garnavillo, Bloomington, Farmersburg,

* At 1019 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated additional thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Another 1 to 3 inches 
  of rain are expected through early Saturday morning, which will 
  lead to additional flash flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Platteville, Lancaster, Guttenberg, Elkader, Cuba City, Hazel
  Green, Dickeyville, Cassville, Garnavillo, Bloomington,

At 1049 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with very 
heavy rainfall developing once again across the warned area. Through 
2 am, expect another 2 to 4 inches of rain, with the potential for 
serious flash flooding to develop. 

Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near 
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Platteville, Lancaster, Guttenberg, Elkader, Cuba City, Hazel Green,
Dickeyville, Cassville, Garnavillo, Bloomington, Farmersburg,
Georgetown, Beetown, Arthur, Potosi, Livingston, Ellenboro, Glen

CLAYTON AND GRANT COUNTIES...

At 1140 PM CDT, law enforcement reports flash flooding ongoing in 
many areas due to continued very heavy rainfall. Numerous reports of 
significant water over roadways as well as mud and rock slides have 
been reported. This is a serious situation!

Excessive rainfall over the warned area will continue to cause cause 
mud slides near steep terrain, with very high water over many roads. 
Never drive your vehicle through flood waters, and be prepared to 
act quickly tonight if flood waters approach your location.

Platteville, Lancaster, Guttenberg, Elkader, Cuba City, Hazel Green,
Dickeyville, Cassville, Garnavillo, Bloomington, Farmersburg,

At 1244 AM CDT, emergency management reported serious flash flooding 
across the area. Three residents had to be rescued from homes around 
Garber and Guttenberg. Many roads are under water. Do not attempt to 
cross flooded roads! 

Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.

At 242 AM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across 
the area. The heavy rain has shifted south of the area but 
flash flooding continues.

Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.

Many roads are closed across the area due to damage or flooding. If 
you must travel this morning be alert for washed out roads and water 
flowing over roadways. Never attempt to cross flood waters by 
vehicle or on foot.

  continuing across the area. Heavy rains have shifted south of the 
  area, but flash flooding will continue through mid morning due to 
  excessive runoff from 5 to 10 inches of rain.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Platteville, Lancaster, Guttenberg, Elkader, Cuba City, Hazel
  Green, Dickeyville, Cassville, Garnavillo, Bloomington,
