...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* LOCATIONS...Litchfield County Connecticut and for western 
  Ulster and eastern Dutchess Counties in New York.

* HAZARD TYPES...Heavy Snow and Blowing Snow.

* Snow Accumulations...An additional 1 to 3 inches of snow is 
  possible this morning, mainly in localized squalls.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...Up to 1 inch per hour.

* TIMING...Snow showers and embedded squalls will decrease in 
  areal coverage this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Snow covered roads and poor visibilities. Winds will 
  increase becoming strong and gusty today causing areas of 
  blowing and drifting of snow. Wind gusts could approach 50 mph 
  leading to some downed tree limbs, trees, and scattered power 
  outages.

* Winds...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Temperatures...In the upper 20s to lower 30s.
