WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN BENNINGTON COUNTIES...

At 401 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Wallingford to 6 miles southwest of
Hartford. Movement was east at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.
