* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northeastern Berkshire County in western Massachusetts...
* Until 1045 PM EDT
* At 745 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
North Adams, Adams, Williamstown, Cheshire, Florida, Savoy, New
Ashford, Hairpin Turn, Greylock, Sweets Corner, Soldiers Memorial
Field, North Hancock, Cheshire Harbor, Arnoldville, Town Crest
Village, Maple Grove, Eastern Summit, Braytonville, Zylonite and
Bowens Corners.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
