.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
An area of high pressure in the Yukon will maintain strong 
outflow winds through Wednesday night. A low pressure system 
southwest of Haida Gwaii will continue to drift southeast through 
Wednesday. Another low pressure system will track east across the 
north central gulf on Thursday.
