cancelled.

* SNOW...4 to 7 inches.

* BLOWING SNOW...reducing visibility to one half mile or less at
  times.

* WINDS...East winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* TIMING...Low wind chill values will improve this afternoon as
  temperatures warm. Wind and snow will increase this afternoon
  with the worst visibility and strongest winds expected tonight.
