The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico...

* Until 715 PM MDT.

* At 657 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 13 miles northeast of Bottomless Lakes State Park, or
  22 miles east of Roswell, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  east central Chaves County.
